Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and evolution of the ServiceNow platform's architectural strategy, guiding end-to-end design choices across the IT transformation initiative.
- Help influence enterprise-wide technology direction by representing ServiceNow in strategic forums, governance groups, or leadership committees.
- Work closely with transformation teams to assess and validate migration plans, key milestones, and success benchmarks.
- Identify potential technical obstacles and implement risk mitigation strategies, including backup plans to ensure continuity.
- Define clear, measurable performance indicators and metrics to monitor platform effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and uphold architectural standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure system consistency, security, and optimal performance.
- Manage comprehensive solution design and integration with external systems, aligning with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with security and compliance units to embed data protection, regulatory compliance, and cyber resilience into solution designs.
- Promote high-quality coding standards, DevOps practices, and modern engineering principles across all ServiceNow development and deployment cycles.
- Recruit, guide, and lead a team of Solution, Technical, and Platform Architects to deliver strong, scalable outcomes.
- Offer expert guidance and strategic insight to multidisciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, and project leads.
