Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of CCSP partners' and shared customers' business goals, technical requirements, and existing IT infrastructures
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to evaluate how joint solutions can be applied, creating technical account strategies in line with business objectives
- Communicate the value of the full product portfolio to partner leadership, sales, and technical staff to build strong, lasting collaborations
- Partner with CCSP organizations to design new offerings that integrate core technologies
- Lead joint engineering and presales innovation through live demos, workshops, presentations, and pilot initiatives
- Conduct ongoing assessments and provide updates on active opportunities within assigned partner accounts
- Orchestrate technical contributions from internal specialists, including Support, Professional Services, and product-focused teams
- Enhance collective knowledge by creating shared resources such as reference architectures, quick-start guides, blog content, white papers, and reusable demonstration materials
- Act as the primary technical authority on product capabilities for partner teams
