Optimizely is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to combine detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the sales process and customer success. Energetic and passionate about technology, you will support sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by highlighting how Optimizely solutions meet client needs.

What You'll Do

Work as a collaborative member of our sales team in a pre-sales capacity.
Act as an Optimizely product expert for the entire platform, including e-Commerce and digital marketing (CMS).
Develop relationships with customers and partners to understand their challenges, pain points, and goals.
Prepare and conduct discovery workshops, discussions, and value-based use case demonstrations.
Define and successfully implement Proof of Concept (POC) projects where applicable.
Assist in responses to proposals and general Q&A from both a business value-add and technical capacity.
Maintain the highest level of technical and market knowledge; create thought leadership through writing, presentations, and community involvement.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years development experience using Microsoft technologies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Visual Studio.
Solid understanding of web development, information architecture, and related concepts, with a focus on .NET technologies.
Basic familiarity with standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Ability to learn new products, technologies, and industry trends quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Comfortable presenting to audiences at all organizational levels: business, IT, and C-level.
Team player with the ability to work in virtual and remote teams.
Excellent time and task management skills with ability to prioritize and adapt.
Results oriented with a commitment to quality of product and service.
Self-motivated and creative with a natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
Comfortable leading meetings to discuss and discover technical requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital marketing, content management, and e-Commerce.
Web technologies including ASP.NET, C#, Web Forms and/or MVC strongly preferred.
Experience with related software such as Marketing Automation, Search, SEO, DAM, PIM, ERP, or CRM.
