Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team in a pre-sales role to support client acquisition and engagement
- Serve as a technical authority on the full product suite, including e-commerce and content management systems
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners by identifying business challenges, objectives, and success criteria
- Lead discovery sessions, strategic discussions, and value-driven demonstrations alongside sales representatives
- Design and execute proof of concept initiatives when relevant to client needs
- Support proposal responses and address inquiries with both technical insight and business context
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements; contribute thought leadership through content, speaking engagements, and community participation
