GFT Technologies SE is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will lead the definition and implementation of complex architectures in enterprise contexts. You’ll be involved in strategic projects, contributing directly to the creation of scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with client business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Design technical and functional architectures, evaluating impacts on stakeholders, organizational structures, and business goals.
- Document and present architectural solutions to involved stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement in client projects and business processes.
- Evaluate and mitigate architectural risks, keeping the risk register updated.
- Collaborate on the project proposal phase (RFP, RFI, etc.), ensuring consistency with the GFT Value Proposition.
- Verify the sustainability of solutions in terms of costs, timelines, and required skills.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, leading meetings and decision-making moments.
- Promote team growth through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- Advanced knowledge of UML patterns and standards.
- Specialist competence in consulting for Software & Package Selection.
- Expertise in solution design methodologies for Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Fault Tolerance, and Scalability.
- Mastery of design, integration, and cloud patterns and standards.
- Deep knowledge of communication protocols like HTTP/S, MQ, and Kafka.
- Ability to draft comprehensive project and architectural documentation.
- Consolidated experience in functional application domains with the ability to supervise and manage complex solutions.
