The team is responsible for building and maintaining hosted services in AWS and developing packaged Salesforce products. The focus is on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions that meet product and regulatory requirements through sound architecture and engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborated with engineering leadership across teams to support technical decisions essential for continuous product development.
- Designed, architected, and delivered global, fault-tolerant, highly available cloud services using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS technologies.
- Developed and maintained Salesforce products and managed packages in a multi-tenant environment.
- Stayed current with evolving architectural and design standards in software engineering.
- Guided junior engineers in mastering programming tools, technologies, and development workflows.
- Built maintainable, well-tested code within a professional engineering environment featuring source control, CI/CD pipelines, and staged deployments.
- Led the design and implementation of integrations between cloud services and customer Salesforce instances.
- Supported full lifecycle software development, including governance, safety, compliance, and issue resolution.
- Ensured all deliverables met quality, security, and regulatory compliance benchmarks.
- Managed planning, execution, and monitoring of product releases.
