Responsibilities
- Streamline healthcare processes by developing systems that augment human capabilities.

- Work with Product Managers and operational teams to create and implement new features.
- Directly engage with users and stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software experience with expertise in one or more common programming languages, and familiarity with various databases and web frontend technologies.
- Experience integrating AI agents into systems and a passion for AI's impact on technology.
- Ability to build and maintain systems with a focus on scalability, rigor, and maturity.
- Comfort working with diverse technical systems and concerns.
- Experience developing and refactoring complex, often distributed, systems.
- Focus on outcomes rather than just output, understanding the 'why' behind your work and its business and user impact.
