Vanta is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize developer tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation for developer tools and best practices.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in developer tools.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of developer tools and infrastructure.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support developer tools and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development of internal developer portals and dashboards.
  • Work with product managers to define and prioritize features for developer tools.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for developer tools and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new developer tools and features.
  • Provide technical support to developers using the tools and frameworks.
  • Conduct regular audits of developer tools and infrastructure to ensure best practices.
  • Work with the infrastructure team to ensure scalability and reliability of developer tools.
