About the Role
Design and implement key components of the core user experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core application features with a focus on performance and usability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure software quality
- Support the deployment and monitoring of software releases
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
- Participate in agile development cycles including planning and retrospectives
- Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed
- Improve internal tools and development workflows
- Collaborate on end-to-end testing strategies
- Drive improvements in reliability and uptime
- Help define and enforce coding standards
- Support incident response and on-call rotations
- Contribute to technical documentation
- Evaluate new technologies for potential adoption
- Work across platform boundaries to ensure consistency
- Identify and reduce technical debt
- Promote engineering excellence across the team
- Assist in defining roadmap priorities based on technical insights
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with audio or speech processing technologies
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
