Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core software systems that support primary user interactions
- Design scalable and reliable architectures for high-traffic applications
- Collaborate with product and design teams to refine feature specifications
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Optimize application performance across multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to technical planning and roadmap development
- Implement secure coding practices and address vulnerabilities
- Integrate third-party services and APIs efficiently
- Support the deployment and monitoring of critical services
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
- Evaluate new technologies and tools for potential adoption
- Ensure software meets accessibility and usability standards
- Work closely with QA to improve test coverage and automation

Compensation
$180,000 - $240,000 per year
