Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of systems supporting customer lifecycle and revenue workflows.
- Define and refine architecture for high-volume, resilient metering and billing systems with balanced tradeoffs in accuracy, speed, cost, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales to convert business requirements into scalable, auditable technical solutions with clear risk and milestone communication.
- Design and scale foundational components enabling secure, performant multi-cloud connectivity across teams and regions with clear boundaries and abstractions.
- Build and maintain distributed data systems ensuring correctness, reliability, and compliance, with comprehensive observability and operational tooling.
- Elevate engineering quality through rigorous code and design reviews, operational preparedness, and adoption of maintainable patterns and tooling.
- Guide and support engineers to increase team effectiveness, promote ownership, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and practical excellence.
- Enhance platform usability by identifying and implementing automation, tooling improvements, and targeted changes that reduce friction for developers and customers.
