Requirements
- Seasoned engineer with experience across multiple languages including Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript
- Proven experience shipping LLM-backed features for real users
- Strong opinion on API design for modern software
- Experience debugging high-impact production incidents
- Ownership of critical systems with real customer impact
- Ability to self-direct and collaborate effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools in day-to-day development workflow
- Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure tooling such as Pydantic, Temporal, LangFuse
- Contributions to or familiarity with open source projects like SocketShark, TaskTiger, LimitLion, ciso8601
