Responsibilities
- Develop modular components and services that incorporate AI agent architectures, including orchestration, memory, retrieval-augmented generation, long-term task handling, and large language models, to strengthen security capabilities.
- Enhance cloud execution of AI security agents by delivering features that support natural language understanding, logical reasoning, and secure automated workflows.
- Create tools and functionalities for AI-driven red teaming and model evaluation to uncover vulnerabilities in language models and deployed AI systems.
- Work closely with Product, Security Research, and Customer Success teams to convert user feedback into actionable technical specifications and deliverables.
- Design and maintain APIs that securely connect AI models with internal and external systems, adapting to shifting requirements with agility.
- Leverage performance metrics, evaluation results, and system telemetry to assess AI behavior and optimize overall effectiveness through data-informed decisions.
- Apply first principles thinking to deconstruct complex challenges in AI and security, producing straightforward, scalable solutions.
- Monitor advancements in AI security, sharing insights and contributing to team planning and technical direction.
