Scrunch AI is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Agent Experience team. This is a high-ownership, full-stack role where you will deliver critical features and improvements end-to-end, from DevOps and platform selection to UI tuning.
What You'll Do
- Deliver critical features and improvements end-to-end.
- Build platforms and products that become business-critical infrastructure for customers.
- Work on DevOps, platform selection, and UI tuning.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a high-velocity software development organization.
- Proficient at building software that powers and relies on the web (real-time browser networking, optimizing proxies, scrapers).
- Can build high-quality REST APIs (Python, TypeScript, Go, etc.).
- Proficient with relational databases and application-style SQL.
- Plenty of experience using an application database stack like ActiveRecord with Rails, Python SQLAlchemy, TypeScript Drizzle, etc.
- Ability to write SQL by hand if needed, including joins and aggregations.
- Proficient writing unit tests and designing for testability.
- Experience with designing, building and operating cloud services, including configuring and integrating with things like application load balancers, cloud storage, and message queues.
