Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join JLL Technologies CoE. You will lead the development, design, and implementation of key business applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions and mentor software engineers.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development, design, and implementation of business applications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into scalable solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes and tools.
- Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 8+ years of experience in software development using Salesforce, LWC, and APEX.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development.
- Proficiency with Connected apps security, security configurations, multi-layered security models, user access and permission sets, authentication, and audit trails.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, LWC, Apex, and Salesforce sfdx.
- Experience with Salesforce Integration using SOAP and REST.
- Strong product development experience as a software engineer.
- Excellent communication and demonstration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to GitHub CI/CD using actions.
- Knowledge of Azure logic apps.
