Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and utilization of data systems.
- Report to the Sr. Manager.
- Define and implement the enterprise data architecture strategy.
- Ensure robust data governance across the organization.
- Work closely with business and IT leaders to align data architecture with business goals.
- Ensure data governance policies and standards are adhered to across the organization.
- Collaborate with data modelers, data engineers, analysts, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the data platform meets organizational needs and supports data-driven initiatives.
- Build a new data platform.
- Integrate data from various sources.
- Ensure data availability for various application and reporting needs.
- Work with AI/ML technologies.
- Collaborate with data scientists to meet their data requirements.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Deep understanding of business processes, technology, data management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to define and implement enterprise data architecture strategy.
- Experience ensuring data governance across an organization.
- Proven ability to work with data modelers, data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience building new data platforms and integrating data from various sources.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies.
- Collaboration experience with data scientists.
