Requirements
- Comfortable with both backend (preferably Golang) and frontend (preferably React)
- Experience in architecting and shipping new backend features such as integrations, machine learning APIs, complex workflows, and growth hacking efforts
- Optimize response times and build features scalable to hundreds of millions of documents processed monthly
- Strong fundamentals in OOP design patterns
- Understanding of data modeling for NoSQL, preferably Cassandra
- Proficiency in programming and development technologies
- Strong familiarity with DevOps best practices and tools
- Good at code design and architecture
- Great communication
- Agility in shipping features
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things while solving challenging problems
- Learning and incorporating best practices in software development, security, and design/architecture
Nice to Have
- Backend experience in Golang or Python
- B.E/B.Tech preferably from a Tier 1 college
- 3-8 years in software development with strong foundation in software architecture and design as well as frontend and backend development
- Innovative mindset and a passion for driving engineering excellence
