About the Role
This role involves leading the development of core software systems that power intelligent automation solutions, working closely with research and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into reliable, production-grade applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, maintainable software architectures
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Develop high-performance, scalable backend services
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Optimize applications for speed and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Ensure software aligns with security and compliance standards
- Contribute to system documentation and technical specs
- Evaluate new technologies and tools for fit within the stack
- Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Work with data teams to enable machine learning workflows
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience building AI or machine learning infrastructure
- Familiarity with data processing pipelines
