About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial operations, guide strategic planning, and partner with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives across a dynamic healthcare services organization backed by private equity.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support long-term business strategy
- Manage capital structure and financing activities in alignment with PE objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory and investor reporting
- Collaborate with operations leaders to improve profitability and efficiency
- Direct tax, accounting, and audit functions
- Evaluate and execute strategic acquisitions and divestitures
- Build strong relationships with private equity stakeholders
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive corrective actions
- Lead risk management and compliance across financial functions
- Develop and maintain banking and investor relationships
- Guide technology and systems improvements for financial scalability
- Support organizational growth through effective resource allocation
- Oversee internal controls and corporate governance practices
- Partner with legal counsel on contractual and compliance matters
- Manage external advisor relationships including auditors and consultants
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality
- Assess market trends and advise on strategic positioning
- Ensure adherence to healthcare industry financial regulations
- Lead integration of financial systems post-acquisition
