About the Role
The engineer will contribute across the full stack, developing backend services using Ruby on Rails and building responsive front-end interfaces with React. A primary focus will be enhancing the platform's integrations framework to support seamless connections with external tools and enable advanced workflows. Close collaboration with Product and Customer Experience teams will ensure features meet user needs. Responsibilities
- Design and implement core features across the full technology stack
- Develop and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails
- Build intuitive and high-performance user interfaces with React
- Lead the evolution of the integrations framework for external tools
- Enable new workflow capabilities through improved integration design
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience teams to define requirements
- Prioritize integration features based on user needs and feedback
- Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and easy to use
- Take ownership of technical initiatives from concept to delivery
- Contribute to high-quality software development in a fast-paced environment
