Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation of scalable, high-performance front-end applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and component-based architectures
- Manage full lifecycle front-end delivery, covering UI design, coding, testing, optimization, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop and support backend services using Node.js to enable UI integration, API handling, server logic, and deployment pipelines
- Create responsive, accessible, and user-focused interfaces with React, HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary UI tools
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and backend teams to convert business needs into robust, maintainable frontend solutions
- Diagnose and fix performance issues, rendering inefficiencies, and scalability limitations in front-end code
- Guide and mentor junior front-end developers, advocating for strong coding standards, testing, documentation, and architectural consistency
- Ensure seamless integration with backend systems by coordinating with Node.js and backend engineering teams
- Support Agile methodologies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, CI/CD implementation, and DevOps collaboration
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for front-end architecture, reusable components, and coding guidelines
- Monitor advancements in Java and Spring Boot ecosystems to improve product quality and engineering effectiveness
