About the Role

- Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Contribute to the development of the company's technical culture and best practices.
- Work on improving the company's software development lifecycle (SDLC).
