CVS Health is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our mission of transforming health care. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack digital solutions in direct support of Aetna's Medicare business, working to scale products and empower business partners.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business requirements to design and implement new features and systems.
- Develop applications using .NET, React, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Write and execute test cases, conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot issues to ensure solution reliability and high quality.
- Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques, including LLMs and Gen AI models, to drive innovation within the development team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working in the Visual Studio .NET environment.
- 5+ years of web development experience with React, JavaScript, Bootstrap, MVC, HTML5, and CSS.
- 5+ years of experience with C#.
- 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server or an equivalent relational database.
- 1+ years of exposure to a leading cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- 1+ years of experience working with LLMs and other generative AI models.
- A Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
- A strong foundation in Object-Oriented principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Docker, DevOps, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
