Paired is looking for a Senior Social Media & Video Content Manager to own the B2B social media presence and visual branding for a large law firm. You will drive qualified leads to the website and convert them into booked consultations through a 360° approach covering strategy, branding, management, and content production.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a clear visual brand identity across all social media channels.
- Build and execute a content strategy and calendar tailored to B2B audiences in consulting, services, and enterprise.
- Create and manage short-form and long-form video content, including clips from podcasts, B-roll, AI-enhanced clips, and office recordings.
- Design static assets like carousels, graphics, quote posts, thumbnails, and covers consistent with the brand.
- Write strong hooks, captions, and CTAs aimed at driving profile visits, website clicks, and inquiries.
- Manage and grow the firm's social media accounts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, plus Instagram, YouTube, or others as relevant.
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence, for example, around 3 short-form videos per week plus supporting static content.
- Track and report key metrics like reach, engagement, clicks, and leads, iterating based on performance.
- Set up or optimize simple funnels from social media to landing pages and booking forms.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Digital Marketing roles, ideally for B2B services like consulting, agencies, legal, finance, or other professional services.
- Experience building or elevating a B2B brand presence on social media.
- Experience creating content that drives inquiries, demos, or booked calls.
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual branding for B2B brands, high-quality static design, and short-form video editing for social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with design and editing tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.
- Comfortable working with podcast footage, B-roll, and raw office recordings and transforming them into polished content.
- A solid understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B channel and what type of content works for decision-makers.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken communication.
- Based in LATAM and able to work remotely with an international team.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with law firms, legal services, or other high-trust professional services.
- Experience setting up simple funnels using landing pages, lead forms, and booking tools like Calendly.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or other paid social campaigns.
