Pearl Talent is looking for a Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our boutique creative team. In this role, you’ll drive the design process from concept to execution, creating compelling visuals that elevate brands and engage audiences. The work involves 70% graphic design and branding and 30% light video editing for social media and motion graphics.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for digital, print, web, and social media.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, logos, and cohesive visual systems.
- Design print collateral, direct mail, billboards, infographics, and presentation decks.
- Support website design projects with a UI/UX focus in Figma.
- Design assets for digital campaigns, including ads, emails, and organic social media posts.
- Edit short-form video content for social reels, promotional clips, and simple motion graphics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality.
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
- Figma experience for web and UI/UX design.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience designing for multiple brands or in agency environments.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to take and implement feedback.
- Ability to handle both independent creative execution and collaborative team input.
Nice to Have
- Canva familiarity for quick-turn projects.
- Experience creating simple motion graphics or advanced video editing.
- Comfort leading or contributing to client-facing calls.
- Background in presentation and pitch deck design.
