Key Responsibilities Building Systems Drafting & Design Generate and modify mechanical, pipeline, and fire protection system illustrations using computer-aided design software. Create streamlined pipeline infrastructure, mechanical configurations, and synchronized building system plans. Construct comprehensive infrastructure compliance and climate control plans. Execute system load evaluations and integrate them into mechanical and environmental control configurations. Compile installation drawings, completed infrastructure records, and construction documentation. Coordination & Technical Work Synchronize illustrations with architectural professionals, engineering teams, and interdisciplinary trades. Transform engineering annotations, technical requirements, and design specifications into comprehensive drawings. Validate all drafted plans adhere to regulatory standards, industry protocols, and project specifications. Preserve drawing precision, systematic organization, and document version management. Requirements Professional background as a Building Systems Drafter specializing in mechanical, pipeline, or fire suppression infrastructure. Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design software (mandatory). Expertise in drafting streamlined pipeline infrastructure, mechanical configurations, compliance plans, and system load evaluations. Understanding of fire suppression design and mechanical integration processes. Capability to comprehend and interpret technical schematics, engineering illustrations, and specialized documentation. Exceptional detail orientation and capacity to produce immaculate, systematically organized illustrations.
