What You'll Do Architectural Documentation & Technical Drafting - Process and organize Matterport spatial data - Construct immaculate project files maintaining consistent organization - Generate precise architectural drawings including floor plans, wall elevations, specialized spaces, bathroom layouts, and illumination schemes - Develop comprehensive drawing sets requiring minimal subsequent verification 3D Visualization & Graphic Rendering - Generate dimensional models utilizing Revit and 3ds Max software - Develop sophisticated visual presentations for client communications, promotional materials, and professional portfolios Documentation & Technical Specifications - Develop and maintain comprehensive specification documents detailing fixtures, material finishes, and product specifications - Ensure consistent alignment between graphical representations, dimensional models, and supporting documentation Quality Assurance & Professional Communication - Conduct rigorous personal review before document submission - Participate in collaborative screen-sharing consultation sessions - Communicate transparently, proactively, and with minimal supervisory oversight Requirements Professional Capabilities - Advanced proficiency with Revit and 3ds Max (mandatory) - Competence in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp - Extensive experience extracting technical drawings from Matterport or comparable point cloud technologies - Demonstrable expertise creating detailed architectural documentation - Proven rendering capabilities across multiple platforms - Ability to create structured, functional specification documents - Exceptional attention to detail with commitment to client-ready deliverables - Excellent verbal communication and autonomous work performance
