Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels
- Design marketing materials for digital and print platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign objectives
- Create assets for social media, email campaigns, and web content
- Manage brand identity across product packaging and promotional items
- Support rebranding or brand refresh initiatives as needed
- Review third-party design work for brand compliance
- Produce presentations and internal communication materials
- Work with external agencies and vendors on design projects
- Maintain organized design asset libraries and templates
- Translate brand strategy into visual concepts and executions
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine design work
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all visual materials
- Stay current with design trends and brand innovation practices
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
