Nasoft is hiring a Brand & Design Specialist

Nasoft is presently looking for a Visual Identity and Design Professional to integrate into our client's innovative creative unit. This position is essential in crafting and evolving the organizational visual representation, generating premium design outputs, and maintaining unified branding across communication platforms. The perfect applicant will produce compelling visuals that reinforce marketing and communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Generate premium visual resources for digital initiatives, social platforms, web interfaces, and landing page designs. • Maintain visual uniformity across communication materials per established brand standards. • Develop marketing materials, encompassing presentations, informational brochures, single-page documents, and sales enablement kits. • Engage collaboratively with marketing and growth departments to address campaign requirements. • Construct imaginative design concepts, compositional layouts, and narrative visual solutions. • Manage interactions with external printing resources or independent creative professionals when necessary. • Enhance visual assets for improved user interaction, comprehension, and brand alignment. • Provide supplementary UI/UX support (fundamental wireframing, layout enhancements) as needed. • Execute additional design-related assignments as directed. Requirements: • Academic credential in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent discipline. • 2–3 years professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or brand identity development. • Regional market experience within GCC preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and Figma platforms. • Robust creative portfolio mandatory. • Capacity to manage time-sensitive projects and multiple simultaneous assignments. • Exceptional sensitivity to design nuances, compositional balance, typographic principles, and color theory. • Supplementary UX/UI comprehension advantageous. Working Conditions: • Total daily work duration: 9 hours (8 active hours + 1-hour intermission). • Hybrid work arrangement (3 office-based, 2 remote workdays). • Primary location: Sheikh Zayed. • Biweekly non-working days. • Performance assessment based on design quality, delivery punctuality, creative approach, and brand consistency.
