In this role, you'll guide talented Product Designers working alongside Product and Engineering teams to deliver superior, customer-focused experiences. You'll be instrumental in defining project scope and methodology, ensuring design plays a central, strategic role in shaping OLX. This collaborative position requires seamlessly transitioning between design leadership, designer coaching, and directly addressing real customer challenges. You'll champion design excellence, user advocacy, and continuous learning — empowering your team to enhance their capabilities and impact.
