Hire Overseas is hiring a Multimedia Designer to elevate our brand through high-quality visual content across digital, social, and marketing channels. You will translate loosely defined ideas into polished creative assets, working across video, motion graphics, and graphic design.
What You'll Do
- Edit short and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and educational content.
- Create motion graphics, animated intros, lower thirds, transitions, and simple 2D animation.
- Build branded templates and reusable assets for efficient content production.
- Design social graphics, ads, thumbnails, landing page visuals, and presentation materials.
- Support brand-consistent assets across internal and external communications.
- Produce high-quality layouts for documents, guides, and promotional materials.
- Work with leadership to understand creative direction and translate it visually.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts that align with brand goals.
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across all formats and platforms.
- Adapt brand guidelines as needed to support new formats or campaigns.
- Manage creative files, templates, and asset libraries.
- Maintain efficient production workflows to deliver assets on time.
- Collaborate across teams for feedback cycles and revisions.
What We're Looking For
- Three to five plus years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or motion graphics.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Experience creating assets for social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to translate creative direction into clean, high-quality visuals.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and modern digital aesthetics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Resourceful, independent, and able to own projects from concept to delivery.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools.
- Ability to storyboard or draft creative concepts.
- Experience creating UGC-style edits or content optimized for TikTok/Reels.
- Background in branding or marketing design.
