The ideal candidate will craft compelling, streamlined designs that drive product visibility and brand expansion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate the brand's essence, credibility, and narrative through exceptional visual storytelling. Responsibilities: - Create compelling digital and print design materials, including: - Product packaging designs, label configurations, and product visualization - Website visual elements, landing page graphics, hero banner designs - Email marketing visuals, targeted advertising, and organic social media content - Ensure consistent brand representation across all visual communication channels - Partner with marketing teams to develop high-conversion landing pages using specialized design platforms - Generate innovative creative concepts that authentically communicate brand philosophy and values - Refine existing visual assets to enhance performance and user engagement - Continuously monitor design trends, competitive branding strategies, and industry developments in supplement and wellness sectors Requirements: - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics, packaging design) - Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (photo manipulation, mockup creation, advertising visuals) - Competence with Canva (rapid marketing asset development, social content creation) - Experience utilizing page-building platforms like Replo or Webflow - Exceptional understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and compositional balance - Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating brand, e-commerce, or lifestyle design expertise - Deep comprehension of digital marketing and e-commerce visual aesthetics - Superior communication and time management capabilities Nice-to-Haves: - Previous design experience in health, wellness, or fitness brand ecosystems - Knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video editing techniques - Foundational understanding of Shopify and web design best practices
