Paired is hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to build and lead the social ecosystem for our DTC brand. You will be responsible for shaping the brand voice, developing scalable content strategies, and turning social channels into a primary growth engine.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a multi-platform social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more.
- Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee daily posting, scheduling, community engagement, and content optimization.
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable content pivots.
- Define and protect the brand's voice and messaging across all social platforms.
- Translate complex product science into clear, relatable consumer messaging.
- Create internal brand messaging frameworks for creators and team members.
- Ensure consistency across ads, organic content, influencer partnerships, and product education.
- Develop and scale a structured creator program focused on long-term relationships.
- Write creative briefs that inspire high-performing content from creators.
- Review user-generated content and refine it to maximize hooks, clarity, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the paid media team to identify winning creative assets.
- Build and manage the social team, including in-house members and freelancers.
- Create standard operating procedures for content production, editing, publishing, and reporting.
- Implement workflow systems to scale content output efficiently.
- Train junior team members and creators on brand voice and messaging.
- Track KPIs including engagement, retention, saves, shares, click-through rate, and revenue attribution.
- Identify repeatable, high-performing content formats and double down on what works.
- Partner with paid media to turn organic content winners into scalable ad campaigns.
- Drive measurable growth in followers, community engagement, and revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing organic social media for a DTC or eCommerce brand.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue growth from organic social channels.
- Strong understanding of DTC metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and revenue attribution.
- Experience building and optimizing Manychat flows and direct message automation.
- Ability to create and execute a high-volume content strategy focused on Reels and TikTok.
- Proven track record of achieving viral content performance with posts reaching 50,000+ views.
- Experience managing and optimizing influencer, athlete, or creator partnerships.
- Ability to categorize and track creators based on performance KPIs.
- Experience setting up conversion-driven broadcasts and retention sequences.
- Skilled in running growth experiments and structured content testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining weekly KPI reporting.
- Comfortable presenting performance results in executive-level meetings.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and be accountable for the role's outcomes.
- Experience building structured content plans using tools like Figma or similar.
