Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class audience, category, and market analytics for leading food brands.
- Support the European Strategy Director with insights that power social media strategies across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with local teams to mine and interpret data for actionable recommendations.
- Integrate data from social, search, survey, and third-party sources to build rich audience profiles.
- Use social listening tools (e.g., Meltwater) to track brand reputation and spot cultural trends.
- Design and evaluate surveys to test hypotheses and deepen audience understanding.
- Audit social channels to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Build measurement frameworks, benchmarking, and reporting to inform future strategies.
- Create thought-leadership pieces on audience behaviors and emerging trends.
