Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in shaping the evolution, upkeep, and long-term strategy of the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with senior technical peers and cross-functional teams to develop scoped applications and integrate new capabilities
- Ensure the platform remains current, secure, and well-understood by its users
- Manage and deliver high-impact, complex technical initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers
- Foster innovation across a global organization
