Thales is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead improvement initiatives related to internal and external customer interactions with Client Services tools. You will be responsible for developing technical architectures for complex problems, serving as a liaison to internal IT and external partners, and reviewing solutions from other developers.
What You'll Do
- Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements at regular intervals.
- Build workflow diagrams and architectural specifications for proposed ServiceNow improvements.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve customer experience.
- Work closely with project leads, developers, and scrum master to analyze complex issues and provide architectural recommendations.
- Pro-actively identify issues that may introduce or exacerbate customer issues in the Support Portal.
- Participate in scheduling, execution, and management of tool upgrades, including ServiceNow.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years development in ServiceNow or equivalent experience in another CRM tool.
- 2+ years development experience with API and Web Services and Databases (e.g., Oracle).
- 6+ years of experience within an IT organization in a product support or development capacity.
- Familiarity with AJAX, AngularJS, Jelly Scripting, MID server setup, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
- Experience in website administration, including managing domain registration, certifications, and configuration tasks.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.
