EY is looking for a Senior Developer, ServiceNow to act as a senior technical and functional advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions and designing complex configurations to meet client requirements.
What You'll Do
- Act as the technical and functional expert as a senior advisor.
- Work on ServiceNow-based projects, including design, code reviews, best practices, and solution advice.
- Design and implement complex solutions to meet client requirements.
- Configure and set up custom applications and modules.
- Participate in client workshops to assess current processes and establish target state processes.
- Supervise and perform unit testing of code developed by partner or client staff.
- Advise clients on how to leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
- Assist clients in preparing required documentation, such as business requirement workbooks related to technical aspects of the solution.
- Maintain skills and certifications related to customer service management, field service management, or product offerings in sectors such as telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, and life sciences.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure deadlines, budget, and scope are met.
- Support teams from other areas to meet integration needs.
What We're Looking For
- At least four to eight years of software development experience.
- At least one to three years of ServiceNow implementation experience in complex environments.
- At least four years of experience in technology, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems.
- Mastery of all phases of the application development lifecycle and experience in agile environments.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time or work in a different time zone.
- Sector expertise in one or more areas: telecommunications, banking and financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government services, field services, procurement, etc.
- Proven ability to handle complex problems, from analysis to resolution.
- Experience in collaboration.
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow architecture, applications, and modules.
- Experience with integrations between the ServiceNow platform and other tools and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong experience interacting with clients.
