ServiceNow is looking for a ServiceNow Sr Solution Consultant to architect and deliver strategic solutions on the Now Platform. You'll collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable technical implementations.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to analyze customer requirements and processes
- Design and present comprehensive solution architectures leveraging the ServiceNow platform
- Build proof-of-concept demonstrations and configure solutions to validate designs
- Provide expert guidance on implementation best practices and platform capabilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Proven ability to lead complex technical discussions and workshops with enterprise customers
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or other ServiceNow product suites
- Strong background in system integration, process design, and enterprise architecture principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
