Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute ServiceNow projects, focusing on IT Operations Management and Configuration Management Database.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver ServiceNow applications.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform customization and integration.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction through effective project management.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Participate in the development of ServiceNow roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
  • Collaborate with other consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Document project progress, findings, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within ServiceNow environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase.
