Leadtech is looking for a Senior SEM Specialist to develop and implement PPC strategies that optimize project visibility and increase website accessibility. In this full remote role, you will manage campaigns across search and display networks, focusing on multi-language accounts and driving measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Implement PPC strategy and tactics across Google, Bing, and other platforms.
- Optimize and test PPC campaigns on multi-language accounts.
- Conduct keyword research and search queries analysis.
- Create and test ads, and improve quality scores.
- Optimize conversions and tracking to increase ROI and drive volume.
- Develop new seasonal or promotional offers and optimize landing pages.
- Stay updated with paid search best practices, bid management systems, and keyword development tools.
- Create briefings for creative and cooperate with design.
- Define and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize remarketing campaigns.
- Report and analyze performance metrics including CPA, CPL, ROI, KPIs, and CTR.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in Online Advertising for main search engines (Google and Bing at least).
- Excellent Internet data analysis capabilities.
- Strong knowledge in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and very strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working independently.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Team worker with an online spirit, desire to share knowledge, organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
