Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within hospital networks
- Build and maintain relationships with key hospital personnel
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations for clinical and administrative staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide market feedback to inform product and strategy development
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Support contract negotiations with hospital procurement departments
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams for smooth customer onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales
- Experience selling to hospitals or acute care settings
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and decision-making structure
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory

- Experience with respiratory care products
