Role Overview
A well-established cybersecurity organization is looking for a Senior Security Engineer with specialized knowledge in Palo Alto platforms. The individual will play a key role in architecting, deploying, and maintaining high-performance security systems that protect critical digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, deployment, and ongoing management of advanced security infrastructure
- Ensure the integrity and efficiency of network and system protections
- Configure and maintain Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs), including firewall policies and virtual private networks (VPNs)
- Oversee endpoint security platforms to defend against evolving threats
- Administer traffic management and optimization technologies to enhance network performance
- Identify and respond to potential security risks before they impact operations
Required Expertise
- Proven experience in network security architecture and operations
- Strong background in endpoint protection frameworks and tools
- Hands-on experience with NGFWs, firewall administration, and secure tunneling via VPNs
- Familiarity with traffic optimization systems and performance tuning
- Ability to anticipate, analyze, and neutralize cyber threats proactively
