What You'll Do
Lead the strategy and operations of global endpoint security and network infrastructure, ensuring robust protection, performance, and availability across all environments. Drive the implementation of zero-trust architecture, secure remote access, and advanced threat detection systems to safeguard digital assets and user access worldwide.
Oversee network performance, firewall configurations, and patching protocols, with a focus on maintaining reliability in remote and low-connectivity locations. Serve as a key point of escalation for major incidents, coordinating timely resolution and clear communication across technical and operational stakeholders.
Collaborate with field IT teams across regions, providing expert guidance and support to ensure consistent, secure service delivery. Champion a security-first, value-driven approach across platforms, aligning cybersecurity, IT service management, and operational standards with organizational governance and FinOps principles.
Provide leadership in Agile transformation, mentoring teams to adopt continuous improvement practices and deliver measurable outcomes. Foster cross-functional collaboration within the technology division, ensuring shared accountability and alignment with strategic priorities.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Bring 7–10 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, and network management, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
Demonstrate deep expertise in endpoint protection, secure connectivity, threat response, and network infrastructure. Show strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead technical and non-technical teams through change and incident response. Experience supervising teams and building cross-level relationships is essential.
Possess a foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and experience contributing to or leading Agile teams. Exhibit a security-first mindset and a commitment to service excellence in diverse, mission-critical environments.
