The Senior Sales Development Representative will lead strategic outreach to potential clients, working closely with the Sales team to prospect, nurture relationships, and drive sales opportunities. This role is critical in accelerating the sales process, converting leads into customers, and achieving sales targets within a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS scale-up with a strong product-to-market fit at BLP Digital AG.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of strategic outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages.
- Craft tailored value propositions by understanding the unique pain points of stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
- Prospect large accounts, build long-term relationships, and engage with multiple levels within client organizations.
- Stay ahead of the market by continuously updating commercial knowledge, analysing procurement processes, and tracking industry trends.
- Prioritise complex tasks with clients and identify potential bottlenecks to keep things moving forward.
