Responsibilities
- Apply and promote core Agile values and principles across teams
- Educate teams on Scaled Agile roles, events, artifacts, and foundational values such as value-based prioritization, self-organization, and iterative improvement
- Support stakeholders in understanding planning complexities and decision-making touchpoints
- Facilitate team events by clarifying objectives, designing effective agendas, and encouraging full engagement
- Represent teams to build strong business relationships and maintain high morale
- Coach and mentor team members and other Scrum Masters to enhance performance and conflict resolution
- Onboard new team members with Agile practices and team-specific processes
- Align team efforts with the established Product Vision
- Ensure timely preparation and refinement of the backlog
- Guide teams in agile estimation techniques and refine sizing accuracy for better predictability
- Support the development of the Product Roadmap with short-term detail, medium-term direction, and long-term flexibility
- Monitor costs and timelines; review and adjust team capacity and allocation as needed
- Provide forecasts on team availability for client and internal planning
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to synchronize planning across interdependent products
- Manage external dependencies during planning phases
- Track and communicate release progress transparently
- Identify, evaluate, and address risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies affecting delivery
- Engage relevant parties to resolve risks and dependencies involving external groups
- Coordinate team activities to achieve successful product delivery and client satisfaction
- Ensure deliverables meet the client's quality standards
- Lead the establishment and evolution of shared Definition of Done and Definition of Ready
- Advise on team structure design to enhance delivery efficiency
- Initiate and support change efforts across multiple teams to improve processes and outcomes
