Endava is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to be a central facilitator for project delivery. In this role, you will directly manage 1-3 teams to deliver their product, applying Agile principles to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Understand and apply Agile values and principles, coaching teams on Scaled Agile roles, events, and artifacts.
- Facilitate team events with clear purpose and outcomes, ensuring full participation.
- Actively represent the teams, building effective relationships with the business and maintaining high morale.
- Teach, mentor, and coach team members and other Scrum Masters to deliver more value and resolve conflicts.
- Onboard new team members with agile induction.
- Ensure team focus on the agreed Product Vision and just-in-time backlog readiness.
- Help teams apply agile sizing and inspect/adapt for improved predictability.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Product Roadmap for short, medium, and long-term planning.
- Monitor costs and timescales, inspect team capacity, and provide forecasts on team availability.
- Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to harmonize planning for connected products.
- Manage external dependencies in planning and make product release progress visible.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies impacting delivery.
- Coordinate teams toward successful product delivery that meets client quality expectations.
- Drive the creation and implementation of Common Definitions of Done and Ready.
- Contribute to decisions on team structure for optimized delivery.
- Lead change initiatives at multiple team levels for continuous improvement of process and delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8-10 years of total work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, RTE, or Project Manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile Environment.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on work experience using Azure DevOps.
- Tool knowledge of Jira, Wiki, and Confluence.
- Experience in agile reporting and metrics.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Education: B.E, B.Tech, or M.C.A.
Nice to Have
- Advanced SAFe Certification.
- Good to have a minimum of 3 of the following: Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ICP-ACC, SAFE RTE, SAFE SPC, Scaled Agilist, or PMI-PMP Certifications.
