Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine coating formulations to meet evolving technical and environmental standards.
- Lead research initiatives that improve product performance, working closely with internal departments and external collaborators such as academic institutions and suppliers.
- Apply analytical and physical testing methods to assess coating properties, including longevity, adhesion, and visual quality.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges across formulation, manufacturing, and field application phases.

Qualifications and Skills
