AECOM is seeking a Senior Scheduling Specialist to support rail and transit projects in Panama. The role involves providing scheduling expertise, improving master schedules, resource planning, risk assessment, and administration of Primavera P6 systems to strengthen project delivery capabilities for future opportunities.

- Assess, propose improvements, support, and advise management and project teams on a comprehensive and integrated system for supporting long-term resource planning
- Develop and implement procedures for the deployment of in-house resources
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, and interfaces that may impact project schedules
- Support the development of mitigation plans
- Support the development and update of the Capital Program’s procedures, policies, standards, and best practices for managing and updating projects’ schedules and baselines
