As the Product Operations Lead, you will establish and refine operational frameworks that empower a high-performing engineering, product, design, and analytics team. This role is central to improving how technical capacity is planned, how vendors are managed, and how cross-functional alignment is achieved across finance, legal, HR, and IT.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage systems that track team capacity and resource allocation, enabling leadership to make timely, data-informed decisions
- Build a comprehensive vendor management program from scratch, including intake, onboarding, renewal, and offboarding workflows
- Use AI and automation to reduce manual coordination, developing tools that solve real operational challenges
- Act as the main liaison between technical teams and corporate functions, fostering alignment and accelerating decision-making
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as optimizing R&D tax credit tracking in collaboration with accounting
- Support company-wide planning cycles by shaping financial models, planning artifacts, and strategic guidance
- Continuously evaluate and simplify processes, removing inefficiencies and measuring program success proactively
Requirements
- 6+ years in business operations, technical program management, strategy, or similar roles within a tech environment
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to measurable results
- Experience building AI-powered or automated internal tools that improved team efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with budgets, contracts, and resource data, and the ability to interpret ambiguous information
- Skilled at influencing senior leaders without direct authority, including executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a talent for simplifying complex topics
