Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance on best practices in SAP PSCD functionality
- Support data migration and system testing activities
- Develop functional specifications and documentation
- Conduct user training and support change management
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
- Work closely with technical teams to define solution architecture
- Participate in workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Validate business processes against system capabilities

- Assist in post-go-live support and stabilization
- Stay updated on SAP PSCD enhancements and new features
- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders

- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
