Responsibilities
- Ensure system operations, including error diagnosis, system maintenance, and execution of updates for client environments.
- Perform standard foundational projects such as ABAP and Java release upgrades, and assume project leadership when required.
- Lead technology planning for SAP HANA and manage HANA migration initiatives.
- Provide second- and third-level support to clients, focusing on issue resolution and performance optimization.
- Assist in presales efforts for new clients within the platform services domain.
