Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to align client processes with standard functionalities in the Sourcing & Procurement area
- Capture business needs and translate them into viable system solutions
- Work with team members to assess the viability of requirements within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Set up and implement Sourcing & Procurement modules in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Serve as the go-to expert for public cloud standards, extensibility options, and process consistency
- Partner with teams across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to design cohesive workflows
- Assist in data migration tasks such as template creation, validation, and cutover preparation
- Train clients on master data handling, new procedures, transaction execution, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and knowledge sharing
- Bridge communication between offshore SAP teams and the client, overseeing configuration and testing
- Support sales efforts through proposal input and live demonstrations of system features
- Act as a point of contact for issue resolution when escalated
- Guide junior team members and support internal learning programs
- Assist in testing phases, defect analysis, and post-go-live support activities
