realfast.ai is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing professional services practice. You will play a foundational role in shaping service delivery, combining project leadership, client partnership, and deep Salesforce expertise across implementations and managed services engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
- Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as primary client contact, proactively identifying and resolving project risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and business analysts.
- Provide Salesforce system support, enhancements, and optimization for clients.
- Conduct regular system health assessments and recommend strategic improvements.
- Build and maintain client relationships via proactive communication and value delivery.
- Support client training, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
- Design and configure comprehensive Sales Cloud solutions including lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales process automation.
- Implement Service Cloud solutions with case management, knowledge base, and customer service workflows.
- Configure and optimize standard Salesforce functionality including workflows, process builder, and approval processes.
- Design custom objects, fields, and page layouts to support business requirements.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and service performance tracking.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, data model, and security framework.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (workflows, process builder, flow, validation rules).
- Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical implementations.
- Understanding of business processes and their mapping to technical backlog.
- Track record of managing complex software implementation projects.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or similar project management frameworks.
- Experience with data migration and data quality management.
- Comfortable working across dynamic projects and clients.
- Strong analytical abilities and creative approach to solving business challenges.
- Commitment to excellence in technical delivery and managing client experience.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
